Business Development Manager - US Market

This position is based in our Gdańsk office, with working hours aligned to the US time zone (12:00–20:00 CET).

As a significant advantage, we offer the possibility of relocation to our New York office (Manhattan), providing the opportunity to work directly with our US team and clients.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the US market — driving business development, sales strategy implementation, and coordination of the team operating in the United States.
  • Accountability for unit/region P&L: monitoring financial results, costs, and expenditures, maximizing revenue and profit margins.
  • Implementation of sales and business development strategies dedicated to the US market.
  • Active acquisition of new clients and development of cooperation with existing ones.
  • Negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with pricing and margin policies, and conducting project risk analysis.
  • Reporting results and sales activities, and documenting actions in internal systems in line with procedures.
  • Collaboration with the marketing department (content, materials, social media, conferences, references) as well as administration and finance (documents, settlements, approvals).
  • Supporting the delivery process of services and projects, as well as qualification of sales opportunities.
  • Building relationships with clients at all levels, including organizing review and strategic meetings with management teams.
  • Recruitment, management, and development of the team (task planning, KPI accountability, motivation, feedback, integration).

Skills and Personal Attributes

  • Excellent command of English at C1 level, both spoken and written.
  • University degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in client development.
  • Knowledge of modern technologies.
  • Broad understanding of IT industry technologies and their practical application.
  • Experience in IT or outsourcing industry.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under time pressure.
  • Persistence in achieving set goals.
  • Previous experience in a similar position.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Goal‑oriented mindset, focus on results, and problem‑solving attitude.
  • Experience in working with or within the US market will be a strong plus.
