Business Development Manager (sektor obronny) (K/M)
Obowiązki
- Build and develop your own sales pipeline
- Open new customer relationships and grow selected key accounts
- Sell both industrial actuators and manufacturing capabilities
- Drive opportunities from first meeting to RFQ, prototype, and serial production
- Maintain structured planning, forecasting, and follow-up
- Represent company in customer meetings and industry events
Wymagania
- Senior technical B2B sales experience
- A real, usable network in Poland or Germany
- Experience from defence or dual-use industries
- Experience in supplier roles
- Experience working with OEM customers or engineering-intensive industrial companies
- Proven ability to drive business from first contact to RFQ, prototype, and serial production
- Comfort in discussions with procurement, engineering, quality, and management
- Ability to operate in a hands-on, operational role
- Fluent English required
- German would be an advantage
- Class B driver's license
- Interpersonal communication, teamwork, effective time management, problem-solving skills
