Your tasks



  1. Acquiring new clients in Poland and international markets through proactive sales activities
  2. Selling solutions based on Salesforce products
  3. Co-developing an effective sales strategy for Salesforce solutions
  4. Preparing sales offers and presentations
  5. Negotiating terms of cooperation
  6. Collaborating with the Marketing Department to organize sales events (business breakfasts, conference presentations, workshops)
  7. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and partners
  8. Achieving defined sales targets and KPIs
Requirements



  1. At least 3 years of experience in consultative sales of IT services (mandatory requirement)
  2. Experience in selling Salesforce or other COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) solutions
  3. Proven ability to prepare business offers and presentations – confidence and belief in the service being sold are key
  4. Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques
  5. Excellent skills in diagnosing client needs to execute upselling and cross-selling strategies
  6. Strong command of English, enabling smooth communication in an international environment
  7. Familiarity with business processes (sales, marketing)
  8. A valid category B driving license and willingness to travel for business purposes
  9. Ability to establish and maintain relationships at various organizational levels, including executive-level contacts
  10. Stress resilience, persistence, and a strong focus on achieving sales targets
  11. Ease in building relationships and confidence in establishing new business contacts
