Your tasks
- Acquiring new clients in Poland and international markets through proactive sales activities
- Selling solutions based on Salesforce products
- Co-developing an effective sales strategy for Salesforce solutions
- Preparing sales offers and presentations
- Negotiating terms of cooperation
- Collaborating with the Marketing Department to organize sales events (business breakfasts, conference presentations, workshops)
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Achieving defined sales targets and KPIs
Requirements - At least 3 years of experience in consultative sales of IT services (mandatory requirement)
- Experience in selling Salesforce or other COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) solutions
- Proven ability to prepare business offers and presentations – confidence and belief in the service being sold are key
- Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques
- Excellent skills in diagnosing client needs to execute upselling and cross-selling strategies
- Strong command of English, enabling smooth communication in an international environment
- Familiarity with business processes (sales, marketing)
- A valid category B driving license and willingness to travel for business purposes
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships at various organizational levels, including executive-level contacts
- Stress resilience, persistence, and a strong focus on achieving sales targets
- Ease in building relationships and confidence in establishing new business contacts
