Manage the full sales process based on company-provided leads and your own prospecting activities – from initial contact with the client, through offer preparation and negotiations, to closing the deal
Develop relationships with clients with high rail potential and convert inquiries into signed contracts
Negotiate commercial terms with clients
Monitor the market, competition, and trends in railway
Work closely with other company departments to ensure the highest quality of customer service and the implementation of our business strategy
Contribute to the development of new products and solutions for customers
Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and business meetings
Our requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of railway services
Excellent knowledge of the market, including key clients and potential business partners
Proven ability to secure new contracts both through own initiatives and by effectively converting company-provided leads and customer inquiries
Business-level English (knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage)
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to work in an international environment
Driving license (category B)
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
