Business Development Manager Process Filtration
As a Business Development Manager Process Filtration, your mission is to sell Process Filtration products to accounts in Poland according to established targets. You will report to the Business Line Manager Oil-Free Air.
You will:
- Develop sales via direct and indirect channels.
- Take initiative in promotion of products in the market.
- Analyze continuously market segments for best product selection for various applications.
- Collaborate with existing business lines in Atlas Copco Poland and divisional structure.
To succeed, you will need:
- 5-6 years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in process filtration.
- Strong motivation to act as sales leader.
- Consequently work towards established targets.
- High discipline in reporting individual activity in the companys CRM system.
- Actively look for new customers within the given territory.
- Keep open and proper communication with stakeholders, customers and colleagues from AC Organization.
- Most of the time work with clients in the field.
- Frequent reporting to Business Line Manager Oil-free Air on business development.

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Atlas Copco Poland headquarters in Warsaw, Poland.
