Business Development Manager - Polish Hunting and Outdoor Market

MICROIMAGE (HIKMICRO) is now looking for a Business Development Manager - Polish Hunting and Outdoor Market. Candidates should have extensive knowledge in Hunting/Outdoor/Optoelectronic distribution or retail and general experience in electronics. The main assignment is to develop the Polish hunting market by approaching and building solid relationships with Distributors, Dealer Shops, Relevant Authorities, and End Users.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with local team to reach sales targets.
• Developing the Hunting and Outdoor market; carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
• Finding business opportunities and growth potentials in vertical channels.
• Approaching and establishing new, solid and long-term relationships with dealer partners and end users.
• Organizing and supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, road shows, hunting training, and other marketing events.
• Presenting the solutions to potential customers.
• Lobbying in associations and interest groups.
• Assisting clients with specific tenders and projects.
• Positioning HIKMICRO as the preferred product for clients.
• Preparing business reports as requested by management.

You are the perfect candidate if you are:

• A licensed hunter.
• Currently located in Poland.
• At least 3-year experience in Outdoor/Hunting/Optoelectronic distribution or retail, with resources of dealers and associations preferred.
• Fluency in English and Polish . Strong communication and negotiation skills in both languages.
• Basic knowledge of Office Suite.
• Self-driven, ambitious, and proactive.
• Willingness to travel within the country.
