Business Development Manager (outsourcing IT)
Your responsibilities
Actively acquiring new customers in both Polish and international markets
Promoting and selling business solutions to potential clients through all sales channels
Creating development plans, including an active sales pipeline and implementation strategies, to build new profitable businesses
Actively and successfully managing the sales process, including generating leads, preparing offers, negotiating with clients, and closing deals
Following up on clients requests
Managing and maintaining a pipeline and ensuring all sales administration tasks are completed properly
Developing lasting relationships with assigned SQ1 clients and hired consultants
Resolving problems related to the activities of contractors and customers
Working within Square Ones processes and procedures to ensure adherence to the core sales timeline
Working closely with the Recruitment Team on acquired requirements
Our requirements
3+ years of successful experience in business development in a recruitment agency, software house or IT consulting
Knowledge of the IT sector and business processes
Familiarity with sales and negotiation techniques
Can-do attitude, open-minded mindset, curiosity and courage to bring new ideas
Good command of English (B2 level)
