Overview
New Wave International Cargo is a Polish-American company in the TSL sector, operating in the USA, Poland and India, specializing in sea, road and air freight.
We are currently seeking a person with experience in selling maritime, rail or air transport services for the position of Business Development Manager in our team in Gdynia.
Responsibilities
- Active acquisition and development of clients in maritime, rail and air products
- Maintaining strong and durable relationships with key clients
- Preparing offers and negotiating terms of cooperation with clients
- Identifying new sales opportunities among existing clients
- Achieving sales targets and plans in line with company strategy
- Market and client needs analysis
- Building brand recognition and shaping the company’s image on the market
- Daily collaboration with the forwarding team and supporting departments
Qualifications
- Experience in selling maritime/air/road/rail transport services
- Fluent English communication
- Independence and experience in business negotiations
- Strong communication skills and very good organizational skills
- Own client portfolio is a strong advantage
- Category B driving license
