Business Development Manager [Microsoft Cloud Specialist
Job Description:

What Will You Do?
- Build and expand relationships with existing customers and partners, uncovering new opportunities within established accounts.
- Addressing business challenges and driving customer satisfaction through supply chain and value-added services.
- Leverage experience in technical or engineering environments with a strong knowledge of pricing models in the electronics industry to manage vendor and customer interactions.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, lead internal and customer-facing quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and uncover new sales opportunities.
- Promote Arrows value-added services, supply chain solutions, and full life cycle programs, utilizing proficiency in Salesforce.com and Oracle to manage sales tracking and supplier relationships.
- Participate in a sales compensation plan with variable earnings tied to sales-related goals
- Leverage experience in giving presentations for end customers or resellers
What Are We Looking For?- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales or business development, with a focus on account growth.
- Microsoft Azure/Modern Work is a must.
- Fluent in Polish and English, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Oracle is a plus.
