Business Development Manager (Machinery Safety) Miejsce pracy: Wrocław Your responsibilities Full ownership and accountability for achieving sales targets related to machine modernization, audits and training services in the area of machinery safety as well as safety and automation in logistics (including AGV/AMR mobile robot integration and implementation). Proactive planning, development, and execution of sales activities within the assigned region (Lower Silesian, Opole, and Silesian voivodeships) or a defined customer portfolio, in line with the company’s sales strategy, objectives, and KPIs. Actively acquiring new customers and projects, identifying sales opportunities, and independently managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact, through needs analysis, solution design, negotiations, and contract closure. Building and managing long-term, partnership-based relationships with clients, taking responsibility for the full customer journey and continuous development of cooperation and project value. Analyzing market trends, competition, and customer needs and translating insights into concrete sales actions and initiatives supporting business growth. Close cooperation with business partners, marketing, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of sold solutions, high customer satisfaction, and consistent achievement of sales objectives, in line with the company’s values. Our requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales of machine, production or logistics line construction and modernization projects; experience with system integrators is a strong asset. Technical higher education (preferred fields: automation, robotics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or similar). Solid understanding of the industrial and manufacturing market, enabling effective sales activities within the assigned region. Practical knowledge of machine safety, supported by hands-on industry experience. Proven ability to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions using a consultative sales approach. Strong sales mindset with a proactive, results-driven attitude and ownership of sales targets. Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
