Working as a Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in IT outsourcing and consulting.
  • Customize solutions to clients needs and present tailored proposals.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand partnerships.
  • Negotiate contracts and establish mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
  • Expand international presence in key markets (USA, Canada, Middle East, Western Europe).
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

  • min. 2 years of professional experience in B2B sales, in the IT industry, with a focus on outsourcing: nearshoring, onshoring, and offshoring, as well as IT Consulting and Custom Software Development.
  • A solid understanding of the latest trends in the IT market, such as the development of AI or related technologies.
  • Knowledge of the basic processes of commercial transactions and sales techniques.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in English (minimum level B2/C1).
  • Strong communication skills and ease in establishing business relationships.
  • Skilled negotiation abilities with a creative and dynamic approach to sales.
  • Strong commitment to achieving set goals and driving business growth in both local and international markets.

We offer

  • Rate:10 000 - 15 000 PLN net per month + VAT & bonuses
  • Subsidy for peripherals in the amount of 500,00zł
