Your responsibilities

Market Research & Analysis

•Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.

•Analyze customer insights to inform strategic decisions and enhance service offerings.

Identify & Pursue Business Opportunities

•Explore and evaluate new markets and segments for expansion.

•Develop strategies to diversify and enhance SeePlaces.coms service offerings.

Build & Maintain Strategic Partnerships

•Establish and nurture relationships with travel service providers, affiliates, and online platforms.

•Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with partners and suppliers.

Sales Strategy Development

•Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business development goals.

•Set sales targets and KPIs, and monitor progress towards achieving them.

Customer Acquisition & Retention

•Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that attract and retain customers.

•Optimize the user experience to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

•Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align business development strategies with company objectives.

•Ensure seamless service delivery and address operational challenges impacting growth.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

•Track key performance indicators and prepare regular reports for senior management.

•Utilize data analytics to inform and adjust strategies for optimal outcomes.

Our requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the travel industry or online marketplaces.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and establishing strategic partnerships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of online marketing activities (SEM, SEO, social media campaigns, affiliate marketing).
  • Ability to develop strategies for acquiring new users and building relationships with existing ones (CRM, email marketing, loyalty programs).
  • Competence in pricing strategies, price optimization, and promotion management.
  • Passion for travel and understanding of industry trends.
  • Fluent command of English.
