Company is a licensed professional agency in Poland specializing in staff outsourcing, recruitment, and temporary workforce solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and establishing relationships with potential clients for all services of the agency.
- Determining the terms of cooperation and estimating the cost of the project.
- Signing contracts with clients.
- Carrying out a set number of scheduled calls or meetings with potential clients.
- Working in CRM and updating information there.
Requirements
- Experience in sales of services.
- Knowledge of topics in the HR industry, including the temporary labor market.
- Knowledge of sales techniques consistent with current market trends.
- Working Languages: Polish.
- English at least B2.
- Advanced Google, Excel, and PC proficiency at a high level.

- Fixed part 4000 - 6000 PLN monthly net + bonuses depending on the work.
- Country/Time zone: Poland/CET.
- Working hours: 9-17 on weekdays.
- Annual paid vacation according to local legislation.
- Travel: very occasional travel to clients offices or factories, participation in exhibitions (after passing the probation period).
- Full-time employee (termless contract).
- Remote format.
- Need to have a laptop + mobile phone + internet LTE speeds or higher.
