What you’ll do:

• Drive business growth by acquiring new clients across Poland and the CEE region.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with decision‑makers in IT.
• Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions for outsourcing and contracting projects.
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate closely with our Delivery Team to ensure successful project execution.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in IT / SAP Outsourcing sales or Tech Services (min. 3‑5 years).
• Strong knowledge of the Polish and European IT market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills – in Polish and English.
• Commercial mindset and ability to manage complex projects.
• A proactive, ambitious team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
