Role: Business Development Manager Energy Efficiency

Salary: 15.000-23.000 PLN gross + annual performance bonus

Location: Warsaw (hybrid workstyle 4+1)

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored energy and sustainability solutions for business clients
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships to accurately identify their needs
• Guarantee an excellent customer journey during and after the sales process
• Develop, implement, and monitor strategic sales plans
• Grow the existing client base within Poland
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and follow up on potential leads

Expectations

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (energy or industrial sectors)
• Native-level Polish proficiency
• Fluent English (at least B2 level)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented
• Flexibility to travel when necessary
• Previous experience in an international business environment is a plus
• General understanding of the Polish energy market will be considered an advantage
