What you´ll do
- Identify future market trends, developments, and customer expectations, translating them into business growth opportunities.
- Support Sales and Marketing teams in launching new technologies, projects, and products through a strong understanding of the market, technology, and customer needs.
- Analyze and develop future business scenarios to create new growth strategies, including investment planning and timeline management.
- Develop customer roadmaps and strategic plans to drive profitable growth at global, regional, and local levels.
- Execute and adapt strategies for product and technology positioning while defining training and promotional requirements in collaboration with Marketing.
- Explore and support acquisition and divestment projects to enhance business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Key Account Management, and Business Development teams to steer strategic activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer and market relationships by attending and supporting key events, exhibitions, and trade fairs.
- Ensure that other teams have the necessary market insights and customer transparency to effectively prioritize activities.
What makes you a good fit
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within business development, sales, or strategic marketing.
- Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
- Proven ability to develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in market analysis, investment planning, and scenario building.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in managing customer relationships and representing companies at industry events, exhibitions, and trade fairs.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
