A Snapshot of Your Day: Are you passionate about decarbonizing the power generation and industrial sectors? We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Professional to join our team. You will be responsible for shaping the sales strategy and driving revenue growth for Grid Solutions in the Eastern Europe Region. This includes conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to generate new business.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Monitoring industry trends and conducting market research to identify new business opportunities across Eastern Europe, focusing on energy grid solutions and energy storage in Poland.
- Engaging teams to build market strategy, developing cross-business opportunities, and creating proposals and presentations for senior leadership.
- Growing and maintaining an active pipeline of projects with high forecasting accuracy in the CRM.
- Understanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities within the Siemens Energy portfolio.
- Staying updated with industry trends and best practices to inform business strategy.
What You Bring:
- Degree in business or a related field; a background in engineering or renewable energy is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the energy industry, with a strong background in business development, sales execution, or strategy development.
- Highly motivated, independent, and proactive, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams, including product lines, legal, finance, marketing, and engineering.
- Strong decision-making, analytical, and organizational skills, with a consultative approach to managing complex client relationships.
- Passionate about the energy sector, willing to make a difference, and able to represent Siemens Energy towards customers, generating an exceptional customer experience.
- Proficient in English and Polish, with a willingness to travel domestically and within the region.
