We are recruiting for China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation, a branch of a global construction and engineering company specializing in infrastructure projects such as railways, roads, bridges, tunnels, housing, and renewable energy.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the entire project development process — from information gathering to contract signing — targeting private owners as well as local Polish or international general contractors.
Your responsibilities
Market and business development: collecting, screening, and following up on private investment project information; monitoring market dynamics.
Establishing and maintaining a network with private owners, general contractors, subcontractors, design institutes, and suppliers.
Participating in strategic client relationship management to promote long‑term cooperation.
Contributing to bid and quotation preparation, business negotiations, drafting and reviewing subcontract terms and conditions, and controlling risks.
Employer requirements
At least a bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably civil engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the engineering industry, including at least 3 years of business/commercial experience.
Strong communication skills; able to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams at different levels.
Excellent project coordination and execution abilities; capable of independently driving business development.
Category B driving license.
Proficiency in both English and Polish.
