Twój zakres obowiązków

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Swiss market, promoting our nearshore IT services to potential clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Swiss clients, understanding their specific IT staffing needs and providing tailored solutions
Formulate and implement effective business development strategies to achieve growth targets and enhance market presence
Work closely with our recruitment teams in Poland and Switzerland to ensure the successful placement of IT professionals and client satisfaction
Participate in occasional business trips to Switzerland to meet clients and attend industry events, fostering long-term partnerships

Nasze wymagania

Minimum of 3-5 years in business development, specifically in nearshoring IT services for Swiss clients
In-depth understanding of the IT landscape, particularly in Poland and Switzerland, and familiarity with nearshore service models
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
Proven ability to build and maintain a network of industry contacts and leverage relationships to drive business growth
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating initiative and a results-oriented mindset
