Business Development Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Drive new business development, actively identifying and acquiring new clients.
  • Sell IT services and software solutions,
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for priority markets: UK, Nordics, and DACH.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing deals.
  • Engage with clients through cold calling, cold emailing, and business meetings.
  • Maintain and expand a network of business contacts.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, recruitment, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
  • Keep CRM records up to date, tracking interactions and sales activities.

Our requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of acquiring clients.
  • Background in IT sales (software & IT services), with a preference for experience in outsourcing.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and identify client needs.
  • Experience in selling to international markets (preferred: UK, Nordics, DACH).
  • Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture.
  • Fluent in English (B2+); Polish is an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
