Business Development Manager

BrainForge IT is currently looking for a motivated, ambitious, and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Marketing Team and help us grow even faster. If you are skilled as both a hunter and a farmer - you like the thrill of closing new business and know how to nurture those relationships once formed, you should definitely consider our offer:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and lead sales strategy, planning, and implementation of new growth opportunities beyond the channels we established today.
  2. Identify sales opportunities - networking, identifying, and closing new digital distribution accounts.
  3. Have the deepest knowledge about growth marketing in the company and be eager to learn and experiment with new things in growth marketing to pioneer in the industry.
  4. Plan, execute and track marketing performance regularly, produce and share detailed analysis with the team.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years experience in the tech industry and being comfortable with tech lingo.
  2. 2+ years experience of managing key B2B clients and strategic partnerships.
  3. Having excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills both in English and Polish.
  4. Experience selling to VP and C level executives, ideally with B2B SaaS organizations.
  5. Being comfortable creating content for B2B outbound lead generation.
  6. Deep understanding of Google Analytics (custom analytics understanding will be a plus), social media, DSPs, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads.
  7. Strong understanding of attribution models (e.g. MTA) and marketing/media mix models (MMM).
  8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  9. Bachelor’s degree or university diploma.
