Your responsibilities

Leading the creation and implementation of innovative sales strategies.
Planning and implementing initiatives to drive growth.
Optimising tools such as CRM for efficient sales processes.
Managing and inspiring the sales team.
Fostering cross-departmental collaboration to achieve common goals.
Engaging with the market and customers, analysing the competitive landscape.
Building strong relationships to expand the customer base.
Creating tailored sales proposals and negotiating contracts.
Monitoring performance, providing practical information and managing budgets.
Supporting brand and marketing activities.
Liaising with the CEO on strategic initiatives.
Focusing on team development and motivation.

Employer requirements

Proven experience in business development or sales management.
Strong strategic thinking and problem solving skills.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficient knowledge of CRM tools and sales optimisation processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyse market trends and draw conclusions.
Fluency in the English & German language
