Responsibilities
- Acquiring new clients and developing relationships with existing clients
- Identifying clients business needs and proposing innovative solutions
- Conducting sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
- Collaborate with IT Services, Recruitment, and Marketing to prepare customized offers for clients.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor market, technology trends and competition
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing deals.
- Engage with clients through cold calling, cold emailing, and business meetings.
- Keep CRM records up to date, tracking interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in IT Sales with a proven track record of acquiring clients.
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into specific business and technology solutions.
- Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of market and technology trends
- Experience in selling to international markets
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (B2+); Polish is an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
