About this role
For a leading international company in the renewable‑energy sector, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales in Poland.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement B2B sales strategy for the Polish market.
- Acquire new business clients and build long‑term relationships with key partners.
- Present and promote the company’s products and services.
- Negotiate and conclude contracts whilst adhering to company policy.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute sales initiatives.
- Monitor market and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Report sales results and recommend improvements.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade fairs.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar B2B sales role.
- Strong knowledge of the photovoltaic sector or renewable energy industry.
- Ability to build client relationships and conduct effective negotiations.
- Communication‑level English (minimum B1).
- Valid driver’s licence B and willingness to travel within the region.
