Your Responsibilities
You research and identify new sales and market opportunities in close collaboration with the Equipment division and the John Deere Financial organization.
As Part Of Your Daily Work, You Will
- Research Business Model opportunities for John Deere Financial.
- Develop financial models and Business Cases and determine whether the projects meet the financial objectives.
- Establish an agile project management process and documentation and embrace Data & Analytics and AI.
- Work closely with various functional areas within the Equipment division and John Deere Financial on opportunities and actual projects.
- Support Strategic planning activities and execute on strategic objectives.
Our Requirements
- Relevant work experience (e.g. in Sales/Marketing, Financial Services, FinTech or other), where you have also developed strong negotiating skills.
- You are able to communicate fluently in English as it is the base language in our work. Additional languages are welcome.
- Project management experience.
- You are passionate about using data and AI to enable state‑of‑the‑art solutions and drive results.
- You have a customer‑oriented mindset, enjoy supporting others to be successful, bring along self‑confidence and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
