As a Business Development Manager in the Atlassian Competency Center at Sii, you will play a key role in expanding our business and strengthening our position as an Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner. Your main focus will be sales and business development, driving our Atlassian offering to new clients and ensuring strong relationships with our partners.
Your tasks
- Driving sales of Atlassian services and solutions by identifying and acquiring new clients
- Managing the end‑to‑end presales process – from initial contact to closing deals
- Preparing tailored proposals and commercial offers aligned with client needs
- Developing and executing marketing initiatives to promote our Atlassian offering
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Atlassian representatives and key stakeholders
- Collaborating with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction
- Monitoring market trends and identifying new business opportunities
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in sales (IT solutions, software, or technology consulting preferred)
- Strong ability to identify opportunities, negotiate, and close deals
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to effectively position solutions in a competitive market
- Experience in developing go‑to‑market strategies and sales plans
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in Polish and English – both written and spoken
- Residing in Poland required
