About-project : Gi Q was established in 2024 as a spin-off from Grape Up and is one of the companies within the Group (Grape Up, Addepto, Gi Q). Gi Q is a data analytics platform powered by bio-inspired graphs and generative AI that combines versatile tools to streamline data exploration and transform data into actionable insights. Gi Q allows users to identify non-obvious dependencies in large datasets and simplify decision-making. We are looking for a results-driven, hands-on Business Development Manager to lead Gi Q’s business development activities. Our Business Development Manager is someone who can express passion for new technologies and the possibilities of Data and Advanced Analytics to enterprise customers across a range of industries within an extensive network. What you’ll need to be successful: You have relevant experience and proven success in sales or business development in the software/tech industry or a startup You are deeply interested in innovative fields such as AI, Data Science, and Advanced Analytics You are analytical and understand the need to track everything you do You have strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English You are willing to travel and participate in marketing events and business meetings responsibilities : Prospect, qualify, and sell to enterprise customers across a range of industries Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to win, upsell, and expand business opportunities Participate in shaping Gi Q’s value proposition for the target markets Continuously acquire market intelligence to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities Collaborate with our pre-sales and engineering teams to close new deals Support various marketing activities Report directly to the CEO requirements-expected : Minimum 5 years of professional experience in selling software products Proven track record of successful selling to large enterprises Good understanding of the software market Results-oriented with strong perseverance Hands-on approach with a focus on delivering value Fast learning skills and eagerness to drive change by taking the initiative offered : Opportunity to lead the expansion of a forward-thinking AI and Data Analytics company Clear long-term vision and established dynamic culture Work and grow with cutting-edge technologies such as bio-inspired graphs and Gen AI Competitive salary and an uncapped commission structure Flexible work environment: choose to work from home or a coworking space This is a great opportunity to be trained on efficient sales methodology in a growing and competitive market with a great chance to grow in the company benefits : remote work opportunities flexible working time no dress code coffee / tea drinks parking space for employees
