Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Gliwice. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in CEE, building relationships with potential clients, developing and implementing growth strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Sales, and Relationship Building skills
• Experience in developing and implementing growth strategies
• Knowledge of supply chain management or logistics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Language skills English and German (would be attitude)
