Drive new business development, actively identifying and acquiring new clients.
Sell IT services and software solutions,
Develop and execute sales strategies for priority markets: UK, Nordics, and DACH.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing deals.
Engage with clients through cold calling, cold emailing, and business meetings.
Maintain and expand a network of business contacts.
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, recruitment, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
Keep CRM records up to date, tracking interactions and sales activities.
Nasze wymagania
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of acquiring clients.
Background in IT sales (software & IT services), with a preference for experience in outsourcing.
Strong ability to build relationships and identify client needs.
Experience in selling to international markets (preferred: UK, Nordics, DACH).
Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture.
Fluent in English (B2+); Polish is an asset.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
