Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and quick‑learning Business Development Manager with a strong sales mindset and a confident, business‑winning presentation style to join our dynamic and rapidly growing international team in Warsaw!
Requirements
- Experience in sales, business development, or client management in a B2B environment
- Fluency in English at a minimum B2+ level is required
- Experience in outstaffing/bodyleasing sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in dealing with international stakeholders
- Proactive and self‑motivated approach focused on achieving results
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Proven negotiation skills and a professional phone manner
- Familiarity with CRM systems and a systematic approach to managing client data
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is required
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in at least one additional foreign language at B2 level or higher (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Czech)
- Experience in IT/SAP outsourcing
Responsibilities
- Identifying and acquiring new clients and business opportunities in the IT and SAP outsourcing sector
- Representing the company at industry events, client meetings, and presentations – both in‑person and online
- Preparing precise and effective sales proposals, contracts, RFQs, and RFPs
- Collaborating closely with recruiting and operations teams to align offerings with client needs
- Actively generating leads through various channels: phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and business meetings
- Qualifying clients professionally and handing them over to the Customer Care Team for ongoing relationship management and upselling
- Keeping CRM data accurate, up‑to‑date, and comprehensive
