Greenvolt Group is hiring a Business Development Manager based in Poland. Responsibilities include developing and implementing effective B2B sales strategies, targeting key markets in mazowieckie, łódzkie, and lubelskie, building strong client relationships, presenting and promoting Greenvolt Nexts products, negotiating contracts, collaborating with marketing and technical teams, monitoring market trends, providing sales reports, and participating in industry events.
Base pay range
PLN 8,000.00/yr – PLN 10,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve company objectives in the Polish market.
- Work on the districts: mazowieckie, łódzkie and lubelskie.
- Identify and target potential business clients, including large corporations, industrial entities, and other key market players.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Present and promote Greenvolt Nexts products and services to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and other sales channels.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring alignment with company policies and profit margins.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that support B2B sales initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team, including insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions for clients.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the companys presence and influence in the market.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the energy sector or related industries – mandatory.
- Bachelors degree.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in Polish and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and other relevant software.
- Attention to detail, legal compliance, timing and project management, data collection coordination, interdepartmental collaboration.
