Your responsibilities

  • acquiring new Partners, helping them shipping to the Nordic countries and realizing sales targets
  • developing and commercializing local sales strategies within the e‑commerce/logistics/courier markets
  • building and maintaining relationships with key business partners and marketplace operators
  • collaborating with international teams, including Customer Success, Operations and Marketing
  • creating project calculations and commercial offers to enhance project profitability
  • ensure full visibility into the sales pipeline and updating all activities in the CRM system

Our requirements

  • at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales on a local and global environment in logistics industry
  • experience in collaborating with e‑commerce and/or marketplaces operators to develop local service sales strategies
  • proficiency in English (C1 level)
  • analytical skills necessary for modeling costs and revenues
  • excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills

Optional

  • knowledge about the postal market
  • experience in selling warehousing and/or fulfillment services
  • other languages than Polish and English
