Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Business Development Manager.

We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop partnerships with our Bank account providers
  • Refer external clients to our Bank partners and control our revenue growth according to the referral agreement
  • Control the onboarding process and general progress of referred clients
  • Find new partners for internal needs (opening bank accounts according to different legal setups), negotiate conditions

Requirements:

  • Experience 1+ years in the same role or a role related to the current position
  • Advanced level of English as both internal communication and communication with clients is in English
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Previous experience with creating and implementing strong relationships with clients

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Banks/Fintech/Payments
  • Experience of working in PSP will be a plus
  • Experience in Sales/BizDev
  • Experience in Gambling/Igaming
  • Experience in the Banking sphere
