Requirements:
Experience in IT sales, business development, or client management in a B2B environment
Fluency in English at a minimum B2+ level is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in dealing with international stakeholders
Proactive and self-motivated approach focused on achieving results
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Proven negotiation skills and a professional phone manner
Familiarity with CRM systems and a systematic approach to managing client data
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is required
Nice to Have:
Proficiency in at least one additional foreign language at B2 level or higher (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Czech)
Experience in IT/SAP outsourcing
Responsibilities:
Identifying and acquiring new clients and business opportunities in the SAP outsourcing sector
Building and strengthening long-term relationships with existing clients
Representing the company at industry events, client meetings, and presentations—both in-person and online
Preparing precise and effective sales proposals, contracts, RFQs, and RFPs
Collaborating closely with recruiting and operations teams to align offerings with client needs
Actively generating leads through various channels: phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and business meetings
Qualifying clients professionally and handing them over to the Customer Care Team for ongoing relationship management and upselling
Keeping CRM data accurate, up-to-date, and comprehensive
