  • Identify and secure new locations in shopping centers and on the streets of the South/East region of Poland, with a focus on cities such as Kraków, Kielce, and Rzeszów.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts for new store locations.
  • Assess the technical requirements for each new store site.
  • Oversee the construction process for new stores, managing the construction team.
  • Handle operational tasks, such as hiring cleaning personnel, contracting cash collection services, and establishing security agreements.


  • Proven experience in scouting real estate opportunities.
  • Experience in assessment of the technical requirements for the locations.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Project management experience, particularly in the retail sector.
  • Experience in expanding a retail network, with responsibility for increasing the number of store locations.
