About The Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead and develop new acquisition channels through strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with key industry players, including software houses, developers, and introducers promoting e-commerce solutions on platforms like Magento, PrestaShop, WooCommerce, and open‑source platforms. Additionally, you will establish partnerships with payment service providers and fintech companies to enhance ZEN.COM’s reach and service offering.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and executing a partnership strategy focused on acquiring e‑commerce merchants through collaborations with software houses, developers, and introducers
- Building relationships with e‑commerce platform providers and open‑source communities to promote ZEN.COM as the preferred payment solution
- Negotiating and securing partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with ZEN.COM’s strategic objectives
- Coordinating integration efforts with internal teams (Product, IT, and Operations) to facilitate seamless onboarding of partners
- Monitoring and optimizing partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and new opportunities
- Representing ZEN.COM at industry conferences, events, and webinars to promote our solutions and attract potential partners
What You’ll Need
- At least 6 years of experience in Business Development or Partnerships, preferably in fintech, payments, or e‑commerce
- Proven track record in securing and managing partnerships with software houses, payment service providers, or e‑commerce solution providers
- Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Deep understanding of e‑commerce platforms such as Magento, PrestaShop, WooCommerce, and other open‑source solutions
- Fluency in English (C1 level or higher) – both written and spoken
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a results‑driven approach
- Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to evaluating partnership opportunities
- Proactive and entrepreneurial attitude, comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment

- Understanding of acquiring, processing, and payment gateway integrations
