What does our recruitment process look like? You can expect:
First stage – CV review – If your CV catches our eye, we will contact you to arrange an initial phone call. We will check if, on a basic level, we are a good fit for each other.
Second stage – Recruitment interview with HR – We will tell you more about who we are looking for, and you will have the opportunity to tell us about your experience and expectations for the role.
Third stage – Face-to-face meeting at our office – In a 1.5-hour meeting with our CEO and Marketing and Communications Manager, we will ask you more detailed questions. You will also be able to ask us about our current sales processes, organizational structure, way of working, and who you will be working with.
After reviewing all applications and conducted interviews, we will contact the best candidate to present an offer and negotiate the terms of the contract.
