- Accountability for unit/region P&L: monitoring financial results, costs, and expenditures, maximizing revenue and profit margins.
- Implementation of sales and business development strategies.
- Active acquisition of new clients and development of cooperation with existing ones.
- Negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with pricing and margin policies, and conducting project risk analysis.
- Reporting results and sales activities, and documenting actions in internal systems in line with procedures.
- Collaboration with the marketing department (content, materials, social media, conferences, references) as well as administration and finance (documents, settlements, approvals).
- Supporting the delivery process of services and projects, as well as qualification of sales opportunities.
- Building relationships with clients at all levels, including organizing review and strategic meetings with management teams.
- Recruitment, management, and development of the team (task planning, KPI accountability, motivation, feedback, integration).
Requirements
- Excellent command of English at C1 level, both spoken and written
- University degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client development
- Knowledge of modern technologies.
- Broad understanding of IT industry technologies and their practical application.
- Experience in IT, outsourcing industry
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Persistence in achieving set goals
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Goal-oriented mindset, focus on results, and problem-solving attitude
