Full ownership of the Business Development function at MOTIFE
Meeting quarterly sales targets
Monitoring and reporting process KPIs
Working closely with the Marketing Team to develop new client acquisition strategies (content, campaigns, outbound, events)
Qualifying and pursuing leads generated by marketing campaigns
Nurturing leads
Preparing commercial offers and negotiating terms of cooperation
Development and maintenance of long-term relationships with Clients to explore upselling opportunities
Leading RFPs and large client acquisition programs, from initial contact to negotiation and signature of contract
Searching for and establishing new business relationships by participating in events, conferences, fairs, etc. in Poland and Europe
Managing partnerships with companies and organizations
Designing new business line offerings in cooperation with business line owners
requirements-expected :
Minimum 6 years of experience leading business development and sales activities in a recruitment agency, software house or IT consulting & services company (recruitment, outsourcing, staff augmentation or managed services)
Proven track of independent and successful achievement of sales targets
Knowledge of the IT industry and passion for technology and innovation topics will be a plus.
Very good oral and written communication skills in English (C1), any other language will be an advantage.
Experience with Sales and CRM tools such as Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and campaign performance tools (i.e. Google Analytics)
Experience interacting with C-level executives
Experience conducting public presentations
