Your responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and target potential clients in the IT contracting space.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, procurement, and hiring managers.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive new client acquisition.
  • Negotiate contracts and secure business agreements to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery of talent solutions.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Our requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or account management within the IT contracting/outsourcing industry.
  • Strong understanding of the market.
  • A track record of successfully generating new business and hitting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
