Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales growth strategies for the industrial segment across Poland.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals for clients in the area of integrated Facility Management services.
- Collaborate with central teams on budgets, pricing models, and financial calculations.
- Actively acquire new contracts and build long-term business relationships.
- Negotiate terms of cooperation and manage tender processes.
- Work closely with support and operational teams during project implementation and contract mobilization.
- Achieve individual sales targets and provide regular performance reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in selling integrated Facility Management services within the industrial segment- preferred.
- Ability to build relationships and conduct business discussions at various organizational levels.
- Proactive, independent, and strongly results-oriented.
- Strategic thinking skills and ability to work with data-driven insights.
- Experience in commercial negotiations and tender management.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with central teams.
