Currently, we are looking for a person to join us as a:

Business Development Manager

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Outbound, proactive acquisition of B2B clients
  • Co-creating and implementing sales strategies for the Polish and CEE markets
  • Managing the sales process, including identifying client needs, preparing offers and conducting negotiations
  • Updating the company’s CRM
  • Assisting in organizing webinars and online events
  • Being ready for public speaking engagements at the above-mentioned events

We expect:

  • Experience in a similar position in the B2B and outbound sales sector (min. 1 year)
  • English language proficiency at least at B2 level and Native Polish
  • Openness and a high level of empathy
  • Proactivity
  • Independence
  • Knowledge of customer service solutions

Nice to have:

  • Experience in selling SaaS, e-commerce, cloud solutions or hardware
