Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand its team and is seeking a Business Development Manager.
We are looking for an experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop partnerships with our Bank account providers
- Refer external clients to our Bank partners and oversee revenue growth according to the referral agreement
- Manage the onboarding process and monitor the progress of referred clients
- Identify new partners for internal needs (such as opening bank accounts for different legal setups) and negotiate conditions
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or related to the current position
- Advanced English proficiency for internal and client communication
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Previous experience in creating and maintaining strong client relationships
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Banks, Fintech, or Payments
- Experience working in PSP
- Experience in Sales or Business Development
- Experience in Gambling or iGaming
- Experience in Banking sector
