We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Business Development Manager who will be responsible for acquiring new clients and developing business in the industrial automation sector.

We are looking for enthusiasts who, like us, are interested in various fields of engineering and are eager to develop their skills.

Working Mode:

Foreign business trips/ Remote work/ Hybrid/ On-site

Financial conditions: 

Fixed base salary + Commission


During business trips, we guarantee:

Apply to us if you:

  • Have at least three years of B2B sales experience in the technology, products, or technical services sector
  • Possess technical understanding in the field of industrial automation and electrical engineering
  • Are a communicative person and can build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Have the ability to think strategically and can plan sales activities
  • Hold a category B driving license
  • Are open to frequent business trips abroad
  • Have a C1 level of English proficiency
  • Are results-oriented and focused on achieving business goals


Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

  • A technical degree in automation and robotics, electrical engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in the German language


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acquiring new clients in the international market for industrial automation (Europe + UK)
  • Selling technical services and products
  • Conducting negotiations
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Conducting initial meetings, customer consultations, and providing advice
  • Regularly reporting key sales indicators and monitoring market trends
  • Conducting sales presentations and actively participating in trade fairs and conferences

What does our recruitment process look like? You can expect:

First stage – CV review – If your CV catches our eye, we will contact you to arrange an initial phone call. We will check if, on a basic level, we are a good fit for each other.

Second stage – Recruitment interview with HR – We will tell you more about who we are looking for, and you will have the opportunity to tell us about your experience and expectations for the role.

Third stage – Face-to-face meeting at our office – In a 1.5-hour meeting with our CEO and Marketing and Communications Manager, we will ask you more detailed questions. You will also be able to ask us about our current sales processes, organizational structure, way of working, and who you will be working with.

After reviewing all applications and conducted interviews, we will contact the best candidate to present an offer and negotiate the terms of the contract.
