Business Development Manager
Your responsibilities
- Identifying new business opportunities in engineering-related sectors (Automotive, Bus & Truck, Rail, Energy, etc.) and developing strategies to expand our client base;
- Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored, innovative solutions;
- Acting as the primary commercial and technical contact for key accounts, ensuring outstanding service delivery;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and execute business strategies aligned with company objectives;
- Conducting competitor and market analyses to anticipate industry trends and maintain a competitive edge;
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients;
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s sustainable growth and success.
Our requirements
- University degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field;
- Willingness to travel frequently on business assignments;
- Solid knowledge of the engineering industry and market dynamics;
- Previous experience in other sectors (e.g., Energy, Oil & Gas) will be considered an asset;
- Proven track record in customer relationship management and business development;
- Strong commercial awareness, organizational skills, and initiative;
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills;
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and drive for results;
- Ability to challenge clients constructively and provide solution-focused recommendations.
