We are looking for someone who can help our clients fully leverage the potential of Microsoft 365 services, security solutions (including Fortinet), and support them in achieving success through innovative cloud technologies.
Duties:
- Sales Process Management : Managing hot leads and guiding clients through the entire sales cycle, from identifying their needs to presenting solutions and finalizing the sale.
- Client Consultations : Providing advisory services on optimizing the use of Microsoft 365, implementing security solutions, and tailoring technology to meet individual business needs.
- Business Relationship Development : Building long-term relationships by understanding client needs and delivering added value.
- Collaboration with the Technical Team : Working closely with the Delivery Team to provide clients with comprehensive and personalized solutions.
- Market Monitoring : Keeping track of technological trends and providing feedback to the production team to improve offerings and expand knowledge of available solutions.
- Negotiations and Document Preparation : Conducting negotiations, creating presentations, commercial offers, and sales agreements.
