Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements:
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the IT, software development, or tech staffing sectors. Experience specifically in outsourcing or related industries is highly valuable.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Sales and Marketing Software: Knowledge of sales and marketing software is essential for managing leads and tracking performance.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and set up processes from scratch.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities to engage with senior decision-makers effectively.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated success in closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
