We’re looking for a results-driven and ambitious Business Development Manager

to accelerate our B2B growth across English-speaking markets. If you have strong experience in the construction, joinery, or finishing materials industry and thrive on building international partnerships — this role is for you.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and expand B2B sales across English-speaking markets.
• Identify and acquire new business partners and distributors.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Conduct meetings, negotiations, and product presentations.
• Analyze market trends, monitor competitors, and propose growth strategies.
• Collaborate with technology, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Achieve sales targets and report performance results.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in international B2B sales on English-speaking markets.
• Proven background in the construction / joinery / finishing industry (required).
• Fluent English (spoken and written) — daily business communication.
• Communicative Polish — to effectively cooperate with internal teams.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills; ability to work independently in the field.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and comfortable working across diverse cultures.
• Willingness to travel (domestic and international).
• Driving license (Category B).
