Business Development Manager

Your new role

As a Business Development Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing business development strategies and tactics to maximise the potential of Novo Nordisk business in Poland, focusing on key accounts and B2B solutions.
  • Building and maintaining long‑term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders, including medical centres, hospitals, e‑health clinics and websites.
  • Analysing market opportunities, healthcare environment developments, and competitor strategies to inform decision‑making, including identifying and evaluating new opportunities for growth and strategic partnerships.
  • Negotiating and signing business development agreements, ensuring quality and compliance with all requirements.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align and deliver strategic initiatives.

You’ll be part of the Customer Strategy unit that passionately serves the needs of patients by shaping, building and executing on an industry‑leading pipeline. Your Skills & Qualifications

We are searching for a commercially‑minded, highly communicative team player whose profile meets the following criteria:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 + years of experience in key account management, business development, strategy, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Proven track record in B2B experience with the private ecosystem environment and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Proven track record in x‑functional project management.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset highly desirable.
  • Fluent English and Polish, both written and oral.
