We are looking for a motivated, ambitious and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Marketing Team and help us grow even faster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead sales strategy, planning, and implementation of new growth opportunities beyond the channels we established today.
- Identify sales opportunities - networking, identifying, and closing new digital distribution accounts.
- Have the deepest knowledge about growth marketing in the company and be eager to learn and experiment with new things in growth marketing to pioneer in the industry.
- Plan, execute and track marketing performance regularly, produce and share detailed analysis with the team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in the tech industry and being comfortable with tech lingo.
- 2+ years experience of managing key B2B clients and strategic partnerships.
- Having excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills both in English and Polish.
- Experience selling to VP and C level executives, ideally with B2B SaaS organizations.
- Being comfortable creating content for B2B outbound lead generation.
- Deep understanding of Google Analytics (custom analytics understanding will be a plus), social media, DSPs, Linkedin Ads, Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of attribution models (e.g. MTA) and marketing/media mix models (MMM).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or university diploma.
